Established in 2023 within Snohomish County, Hund Homes emerged from years of professional expertise, home projects, and word-of-mouth referrals. Inspired by the encouragement of friends and family, we embarked on a journey to deliver trusted quality service to Snohomish and King County residents. Originally conceived as a handyman service, our commitment to excellence led us to pursue licensure, bonding, and insurance, elevating us to a general contracting firm.

With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Joseph’s journey began at his father’s commercial roofing company, where he honed his skills from the ground up. Throughout his career, he has amassed a wealth of knowledge spanning various trades and collaborations with general contractors.
In 2013, Joseph embarked on a significant milestone, overseeing his inaugural large-scale project: the transformation of a three-story row home shell into a four-story, three-unit apartment complex. Assuming the role of General Contractor, he adeptly orchestrated the efforts of multiple trades, ensuring the project’s completion within budget and on time.
Joseph’s hands-on approach extended to every facet of the endeavor, from coordinating trades to personally participating in tasks. His unwavering commitment to excellence and cost-efficiency underscores his dedication to delivering exceptional results at every stage of construction.
